Ticketsouth is a service provided by The Mayflower theatre, Southampton. We sell tickets for events across the South by phone, online and to personal callers through our outlets at The Mayflower itself and at WestQuay shopping centre, Southampton.

How and Where to Book

Book online

Ticket south offers secure online booking with debit or credit cards through links on this and other web sites for all events listed on this site. Tickets bought online are sent by first class post, unless stated otherwise.

To stop ticket touts block booking tickets, we limit each transaction to ten tickets per event. If you require more than ten, you can make multiple transactions, or book by phone.

Book by phone

Book by debit or credit card over the phone for any event listed on this site on 023 8071 1818. The lines are open from 9.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday. (From 10.00am on Friday)

Book in person

Book in person at the Ticketsouth desk on the ground floor of WestQuay shopping center, or at The Mayflower Theatre's box office in Commercial Road, Southampton.

The WestQuay Ticketsouth desk is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday (until 8.00pm on Thursday). Sunday opening hours are 11.00am to 4.00pm.

The Mayflower's box office is open from 9.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday, or until 6.00pm on weekdays and 5.30pm Saturday when there is no performance.
